Entitled "BunkerCoin: A Low Bandwidth, Shortwave Radio-Compatible Blockchain Protocol," the whitepaper provides a comprehensive technical blueprint of the protocol. At its core, BunkerCoin employs a sophisticated recursive Zero-Knowledge Proof hash function alongside a Verifiable Delay Function (VDF) predicated on the proof of elapsed time.
