Dubai Enforces New Crypto Rule Mandating Risk Disclaimers

The United Arab Emirates’ Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) has introduced a new rule requiring cryptocurrency firms to include explicit risk disclaimers in their marketing materials.
