Coinbase's top legal executive, Paul Grewal, anticipates that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will shortly greenlight a Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF). He shared his confidence with CNBC, predicting the imminent approval of a U.S. Bitcoin ETF.
